We sprung Olivia from the vet's facility and moved her to her new home at the farm! Trailering wasn't too bad, she was a little apprehensive about the ramp leading into the trailer (and after her 12-day trip here, who would want to get back into a trailer?) ... and it took four of us to encourage her! Joanne and Tiffany behind her ... Don beside her ... and me in front of her with her favorite treat!
When we got her to the farm (15-short minutes later) we walked her to the outdoor ring, where she could graze and make friends with two pastures of horses .... the "boys" on one side were very excited to meet her ... the "girls" on the other were interested. All went well, so tomorrow she will go out to pasture with the girls.
Olivia is finally home!
